Shipping
Shipping is FREE on all orders. There is no "handling" fee.
Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail, which usually take 2-3 days.
Cookies are baked and shipped on Tuesdays. So your cookies will most likely be received by Thursday or Friday of the same week. During the holiday seaons we bake/ship on Monday through Thursday.
Wrapping
We want your cookies arriving fresh, delicious and in good condition! And we do everything to make that happen. Our cookies are double wrapped, first in wax paper which protects them during shipping, and then in plastic to retain freshness. The cookies are then tucked neatly into the gift tin or gift box that you selected.
Personal Notes and Enclosures
You may include a personal message along with your cookie gift. Please enter this message during your checkout when PayPal prompts you to enter a "Personal message to recipient." You can also provide us with your personal message by sending an email to CustomerService@CozyCookies.com with the desired text of your message.
We do not include any billing information with your cookies.
A note is enclosed indicating the "Baked on" and the "Best used by" date along with some information about how to store the cookies.
